Kelsey Ubdegrove practices in the areas of Family Law, Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate and Estate Planning.
Kelsey grew up in Hanover, Ontario and attended John Diefenbaker Secondary School. In 2015 she graduated with first class standing from Brock University, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology. Kelsey attended law school at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom and received her LL.B. (Hons.).
Kelsey began working at Loucks & Loucks as a summer student in June 2016. After graduating law school she returned to Loucks & Loucks as the law student, during this time she successfully completed her NCA examinations so that she may practice in Ontario.
In April 2018, Kelsey began her articles at Loucks & Loucks. Kelsey became an associate lawyer at our law firm after her Call to the Bar in January 2019. While in law school Kelsey was a founding member of the Canadian Law Society and was elected Treasurer from 2016-2017. Kelsey competed and placed second in a negotiation competition hosted by Dentons at the University of Exeter.
Apart from law, Kelsey has a passion for food and cooking and enjoys cooking for her friends and family. Kelsey likes to expand her culinary skills by traveling and trying new cuisines. Kelsey says that “she feels honoured that she was able to return to the area
she grew up into practice law”. We’re very happy to have her as part of our team.
